We are looking for an energetic, well-spoken person with a great can-do attitude to join our growing team. This position will involve managing all components of delivering search marketing services to our small business clients. It will include developing strategy, hitting growth and profit goals and establishing a strong, collaborative relationship with clients.

This position is full time AND fully remote.
What your duties will be:
Managing Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients
Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
Delivering and communicating quantifiable results for clients
Setting up advertising accounts and tracking for new clients
Maintaining client documentation and internal communications
What you’ll need to know:
Experience with managing multiple Google Ads campaigns
Experience with local lead generation campaigns for professional services
Experience working one-on-one with multiple clients
Demonstrated ability to work with a remote team
Strong technology skills
Expertise with landing page design and testing
Expertise with analytics and performance tracking
Ability to learn and develop expertise in a variety of industries
A Love for Search Marketing (really – we are looking for team members that are passionate about this field!)
Highly skilled and comfortable communicating with clients at all levels
Organizing and explaining goals, targets, and tactics
Proficient with Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, Call tracking and Excel
Proficient in landing page creation. Unbounce is a Plus but any landing page tool experience is helpful
Proven ability to deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI!!
Local SEO knowledge and understanding – A Plus!
What is required:
5+ Years Google Ads management and working directly with clients
Google Ads Certification
This is a remote position. You must provide your own computer and phone, and have access to a reliable internet source at all times.
Must be available for daily work during business hours of 9 AM CST – 5 PM CST; some flexibility exists during those core hours.
